神経の高ぶり、怒りやすい、イライラ、神経症、小児の夜泣き、疳の虫、歯ぎしり、更年期障害、血の道症。
抑肝散 (よくかんさん)の注意
心不全を引き起こす可能性が高まる。
副作用として、眠気、倦怠感、かゆみ、発疹、発赤、食欲不振、胃部不快感、悪心、下痢、など。
生薬として、カンゾウを含む。
